On November 10, the course “Having difficult conversations” was given by Dr. Nora Vitti, Dr. Leslie Zuñiga and Dr. Paola Martínez at the General Zone Hospital with Family Medicine No. 2, in Monterrey of the IMSS.
The replica was aimed at family medicine residents assigned to the General Zone Hospital, as well as medical interns of social service. The course included theoretical phases and a workshop to practice communication tools in groups and teams.
This course was possible thanks to the participation of the doctors in the last OMI MEX Family Medicine seminar held at the TEC de Monterrey Campus Mexico City from Monday, October 10 to 12, 2022.
